Nigara VG10 Gyuto 210mm - Custom Handle
A versatile 210 mm gyuto with a VG10 stainless steel core, a hammered tsuchime surface and a flowing Damascus pattern. The slender blade suits everyday slicing, dicing and chopping, while the 48 mm heel height provides clearance for board work.
Choose from three individually photographed knives with custom wa handles, or select the unhandled blade for your own handle project.
Handle options
- Amboyna & Horn Contrast No. 1: Contrasting golden and reddish Amboyna grain paired with a naturally patterned horn ferrule. Shown in the first six photographs.
- Amboyna & Horn Contrast No. 2: A second individual Amboyna and horn combination with its own contrasting grain pattern. Shown in photographs seven and eight.
- Ebony & Horn: A dark ebony handle paired with a contrasting horn ferrule. Shown in photographs nine and ten.
- Blade Only: An unhandled blade, shown in the final two photographs. No handle is included; a suitable handle must be fitted before use.
