The Tokushu Knife Iron Clad White #2 Forged Finish Petty 135mm brings a compact, light feel to everyday detail work. Its pointed profile suits peeling fruit, trimming ingredients and making precise cuts when a larger chef's knife feels cumbersome.
A White #2 carbon steel core is clad in iron, with a dark forged finish that gives the blade its rustic character. Choose one of four custom wa handles, or select Blade Only to fit your own handle.

Measurements are approximate and may vary between individual knives. Natural wood grain and horn colour are unique to each handle. Each option's gallery shows the corresponding handle or bare blade, together with a representative choil view of the blade; the handle visible in the choil photo may differ from the selected option.
Care
Both the carbon steel core and iron cladding are reactive and will develop a patina. Hand wash, wipe dry promptly and store in a dry place. Do not put in a dishwasher or leave soaking. Avoid bones, frozen foods and twisting the edge through a cut.

Informations sur l'expédition
Les commandes sont expédiées depuis notre atelier de Malte. Les délais varient selon la destination et s'ajoutent à notre délai de traitement habituel pouvant aller jusqu'à deux jours ouvrables.
Les commandes livrées dans l'Union européenne sont expédiées depuis l'UE ; aucun droit d'importation n'est donc normalement dû à la livraison. Pour les destinations prises en charge hors UE, lorsque des droits ou taxes s'appliquent, nous utilisons un service Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) afin que les frais concernés soient réglés à l'avance.
