TU NGUYEN CU-MAI MOUNTAINS 52100 GYUTO 210 MM – DARK ROSEWOOD HANDLE

The Tu Nguyen Cu-Mai Mountains Gyuto combines a 210 mm 52100 carbon steel blade with a dark rosewood handle. The copper-coloured line forms a mountain-like pattern across the blade, contrasting with its dark, textured finish.

A versatile chef’s knife for everyday preparation, the gyuto profile suits slicing, dicing and chopping vegetables, meat and fish. The blade tapers from 2.7 mm at the heel to a fine 0.1 mm tip.

Care

Hand-wash and dry immediately after use. Do not put the knife in a dishwasher or leave it soaking. Carbon steel develops a patina with use; keep the blade dry between uses and apply a light coat of food-safe knife oil before extended storage. Use a wooden or soft plastic chopping board, and avoid bones, frozen food and twisting the blade during a cut.

The blade pattern and natural wood grain may vary between individual knives.
