Impuestos incluidos. Los gastos de envío se calculan al finalizar la compra
The Tokushu Knife Iron Clad White #2 Forged Finish Gyuto 240mm pairs a long, versatile chef’s knife blade with your choice of custom wa handle. The dark forged finish contrasts with the bright bevel, while the 51.4 mm heel height offers useful knuckle clearance for everyday chopping, slicing and food preparation.
A White #2 (Shirogami #2) carbon steel core is clad in iron. The spine tapers from 3.8 mm at the heel to 2.0 mm at the midpoint and 0.1 mm at the tip. Choose one of the four photographed handle combinations, or select Blade Only for an unhandled blade.
Handle options
- Amboyna with Contrast & Horn: Amboyna wood with contrasting grain and a horn ferrule, shown in the first six photographs.
- Ebony & Horn: dark ebony wood with a horn ferrule.
- Rosewood & Ebony: rosewood with an ebony ferrule.
- Full Amboyna & Horn: Amboyna wood with a horn ferrule, shown in photographs 11 and 12.
- Blade Only: supplied without a handle, shown in the final two photographs. A suitable handle must be securely fitted before use.
Each handled option is shown in its own photographs. Natural wood grain and horn markings give each handle its individual appearance.

Care
Both the carbon steel core and iron cladding are reactive: a patina will develop with use, and the blade can rust if left wet. Wash by hand, wipe during use and dry thoroughly after washing. Do not soak or put in a dishwasher. Apply a light coat of food-safe knife oil before extended storage.
Use a wooden or soft plastic chopping board. Avoid bones, frozen food, twisting the edge and hard cutting surfaces. Maintain the edge with whetstones.
