Origin Story of Tokushu Knife Malta
Born from a passion for the world’s finest Japanese cutlery, Tokushu Knife began in the United States as a bridge between skilled Japanese makers and culinary enthusiasts. We established Tokushu Knife Malta Ltd. to bring that same specialist knowledge, personal service and carefully selected inventory to customers throughout Europe.
Our artisan workshop and boutique are located at the Excelsior Centre in the Mosta Industrial Estate. The Malta operation is led by Anthony Maciejewski and EU Operations Manager and professional sharpener John Muscat.
Every knife is carefully inspected at our Mosta workshop before dispatch. Professional sharpening, custom handle installation and personal product guidance are also available through our local team.
Operating directly from Malta, Tokushu Knife Malta connects Europe’s professional chefs and home cooks with authentic Japanese craftsmanship, knowledgeable support and fast regional delivery.
