Nigara VG-XEOS Tsuchime Petty 150mm
The Nigara VG-XEOS Tsuchime Petty is a compact Japanese utility knife for precise prep, trimming, peeling, small slicing tasks, herbs, citrus, shallots, garlic, garnishes, and boneless proteins.
Forged by Nigara Hamono in Hirosaki, Japan, it uses VG-XEOS stainless steel for strong edge retention, corrosion resistance, and practical everyday care. The hammered tsuchime finish adds visual texture and can help reduce food drag.
The actual cutting edge is approximately 135mm, giving the knife a useful balance between in-hand control and small-board utility.
Care
Hand wash and dry immediately. Do not use on bones, frozen food, hard shells, or glass, stone, or ceramic cutting surfaces. Avoid twisting, prying, or scraping the cutting board with the edge. Maintain the edge with proper sharpening or a quality leather strop.

Orders delivered within the European Union are shipped from within the EU, so no import duties are normally due upon delivery. For supported destinations outside the EU, when duties or taxes apply, we use Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) services so the applicable charges are handled in advance.
