Overview
The Tokushu Knife Honesuki 150mm combines a Blue #2 carbon steel core with stainless steel cladding and a textured Nashiji finish. Its compact, pointed profile is suited to controlled poultry preparation, trimming and working around joints.
Choose a complete knife with a cypress and horn, rosewood and horn, rosewood and ebony, or ebony and horn handle. A blade-only option is also available for a custom handle project and is supplied without a handle.

Care
The stainless cladding helps reduce maintenance, but the exposed Blue #2 core is carbon steel and can develop a patina or rust if left wet. Hand wash and dry immediately after use. Do not put the knife in a dishwasher or leave it soaking. Use for controlled cuts around bones and joints; avoid chopping through bones or twisting the edge.

Verzendinformatie
Bestellingen worden verzonden vanuit onze werkplaats in Malta. De levertijden variëren per bestemming en komen bovenop onze standaard verwerkingsperiode van maximaal twee werkdagen.
Bestellingen die binnen de Europese Unie worden geleverd, worden verzonden vanuit de EU, dus normaal gesproken zijn er bij levering geen invoerrechten verschuldigd. Voor ondersteunde bestemmingen buiten de EU, wanneer rechten of belastingen van toepassing zijn, gebruiken we Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)-diensten, zodat de toepasselijke kosten vooraf worden afgehandeld.
