IOXIO WHITE OVAL CERAMIC SHARPENING ROD 260MM – 3000 GRIT – BLACK HANDLE
Tax included. Shipping calculated at checkout
The IOXIO White Oval pairs a fine F1000 / J3000 ceramic surface with a broad oval profile. It is suited to regular sharpening and fine finishing of European chef knives, Japanese knives and very hard steel blades.
Fine sharpening on a wider surface
The oval profile provides a wider contact surface than a round rod. Rotating between the broad and narrow faces changes the contact area during sharpening. This listing is the black handle version.
