Shipping from Malta

Orders placed through TokushuKnife.eu are fulfilled by Tokushu Knife Malta Limited from our workshop in Mosta, Malta.

Dispatch and estimated delivery

• Processing: orders are normally dispatched within two business days, Monday to Friday excluding Maltese public holidays. Custom work or requested services may require additional preparation time.
• Malta: DHL, normally 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• European Union: DHL Express, normally 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• Supported destinations outside the EU: DHL Express, normally 2–5 business days after dispatch. Customs, local regulations, remote-area delivery, or carrier disruption may extend delivery.

Duties, rates, tracking and insurance

Shipments within the European Union normally have no additional import duties on delivery. For supported destinations outside the EU, we use Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) services where duties or taxes apply, so applicable charges are handled in advance.

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Tracking is sent after dispatch, and every shipment is covered by shipping insurance. If an order is delayed, damaged, marked delivered but not received, or appears lost, contact us promptly so we can manage the carrier investigation or claim.
