Care
The stainless cladding helps reduce maintenance, but the exposed Blue #2 carbon steel edge can develop a patina and can rust if left wet. Hand wash and dry promptly after use; do not soak or place in a dishwasher. Use a wood or suitable plastic cutting board. Avoid bones, frozen food, hard surfaces and twisting the blade during a cut. For extended storage, apply a light coat of food-safe knife oil to the dry blade.
