Overview

The Takeshi Saji VG-10 Kuro Damascus Petty pairs a compact 90 mm blade with a distinctive deer bone handle. Its short blade offers close control for peeling, trimming fruit and vegetables, and detailed preparation where a larger kitchen knife feels cumbersome.

VG-10 stainless steel and the Kuro Damascus finish give this small petty its distinctive character, making it a useful companion to a full-size chef’s knife.
