Tokushu Knife Hammertone SLD Petty 135mm
A compact petty for precise everyday preparation, from trimming boneless meat to slicing fruit, shallots and small vegetables. The 135mm blade offers a useful balance of reach and control, with a distinctive geometric hammertone finish.
Made for Tokushu Knife by Tadafusa in Sanjo, Japan, the blade uses SLD semi-stainless steel, hardened to approximately 62 HRC. It offers lasting edge retention with easier day-to-day care than a traditional carbon steel knife.

- Rosewood & Buffalo Horn: A custom octagonal wa handle with rich red-brown rosewood and a naturally patterned buffalo horn ferrule. This is the main photographed knife.
- Amboyna & Buffalo Horn: A custom octagonal wa handle with warm, figured Amboyna and a pale buffalo horn ferrule.
- Blade Only: Supplied without a handle, ready for a custom handle fitting. A handle must be fitted securely before use.

Care
Hand wash and dry promptly after use. SLD is rust resistant but not fully stainless. Do not soak or put in a dishwasher. Use a wood or suitable synthetic cutting board, and avoid bones, frozen food and twisting the edge. Maintain the edge with whetstones.

Les commandes sont expédiées depuis notre atelier de Malte. Les délais varient selon la destination et s'ajoutent à notre délai de traitement habituel pouvant aller jusqu'à deux jours ouvrables.
Les commandes livrées dans l'Union européenne sont expédiées depuis l'UE ; aucun droit d'importation n'est donc normalement dû à la livraison. Pour les destinations prises en charge hors UE, lorsque des droits ou taxes s'appliquent, nous utilisons un service Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) afin que les frais concernés soient réglés à l'avance.
