The Tokushu Knife Stainless Clad Blue #2 Nashiji Petty 135mm is a compact utility knife for precise everyday preparation. Its narrow blade is easy to control when trimming, peeling and slicing smaller ingredients. A Blue #2 carbon steel core is paired with stainless steel cladding and a textured nashiji finish.

Choose between two individual rosewood and buffalo horn wa handles, or select the blade-only option for your own handle fitting. Each handled knife is pictured separately, so you can choose the wood grain and horn colour you prefer.

Care

The stainless cladding helps reduce maintenance, but the exposed Blue #2 carbon steel edge can develop a patina and can rust if left wet. Hand wash and dry promptly after use. Do not soak or place in a dishwasher. Use a wooden or suitable plastic cutting board, and avoid bones, frozen food, hard surfaces and twisting the blade during a cut.
