Overview
The Hatsukokoro Ginrei Silver #3 Nashiji Kiritsuke Petty 125mm is a compact kitchen knife for precise everyday preparation. Its short blade and pointed kiritsuke tip are well suited to trimming, peeling and slicing smaller ingredients, while the light 67g weight makes it easy to manoeuvre.
A Ginsan (Silver #3) stainless steel core is paired with stainless cladding in a three-layer construction. The nashiji, or pear-skin, finish gives the blade a softly textured appearance above the visible cladding line.
This version is fitted with an octagonal mono olive wood handle. Its single-piece design highlights the wood's warm colour and distinctive natural grain. All knives in this batch have the same handle material; grain and colour vary between individual pieces.

Orders delivered within the European Union are shipped from within the EU, so no import duties are normally due upon delivery. For supported destinations outside the EU, when duties or taxes apply, we use Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) services so the applicable charges are handled in advance.
