Dao Vua V3 52100 Kuro Tsuchime Santoku
A compact and versatile 165mm santoku for everyday kitchen prep. Its all-purpose profile is ideal for vegetables, herbs and boneless proteins, while the tall blade provides comfortable knuckle clearance.
Handmade in Hanoi, Vietnam, the V3 line uses USA-made 52100 carbon steel, differentially heat treated as monosteel to approximately 61–62 HRC. The dark Kuro Tsuchime finish and burnt wood wa-style handle give each knife its own distinctive character.

Carbon Steel Care
52100 is a reactive carbon steel and will develop a natural patina with use. Hand wash only, dry immediately after use, and apply a light coat of food-safe knife oil before extended storage. Do not place it in a dishwasher or leave the blade wet.
Because each knife is handmade and each burnt wood handle has natural grain variation, measurements, colour and finish may vary slightly between pieces.

Orders delivered within the European Union are shipped from within the EU, so no import duties are normally due upon delivery. For supported destinations outside the EU, when duties or taxes apply, we use Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) services so the applicable charges are handled in advance.
