IOXIO ULTRA FINE CERAMIC SHARPENING ROD 260MM – 4200 GRIT
Tax included. Shipping calculated at checkout
The IOXIO Ultra Fine is designed for regular edge maintenance and very fine finishing. Its F1300 / J4200 surface refines European chef knives, Japanese blades and very hard steels, including carbon steel and Damascus knives.
A finer maintenance finish
The round, pale blue ceramic rod removes a small amount of steel to sharpen the edge. The abrasive surface is part of the solid ceramic rather than an applied coating.
