A long, purpose-built slicing knife for clean, controlled cuts through roasts, brisket, boneless proteins and fish. The 270mm blade provides the reach needed for smooth draw cuts, while the thin distal taper moves efficiently through food.
Forged from 52100 carbon steel with Dao Vua’s dark Kuro Tsuchime finish, this knife pairs a rustic, hand-worked blade with a comfortable burnt wood handle. Choose between a leather sheath or a more affordable blade guard.

Care
52100 is a reactive carbon steel. Hand wash and dry immediately after use, never place the knife in a dishwasher, and apply a light coat of food-safe oil before extended storage.

Orders are dispatched from our workshop in Malta. Delivery times vary by destination and are in addition to our standard processing period of up to two business days.
Orders delivered within the European Union are shipped from within the EU, so no import duties are normally due upon delivery. For supported destinations outside the EU, when duties or taxes apply, we use Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) services so the applicable charges are handled in advance.
