Dao Vua V3 52100 Kuro Tsuchime Petty 150mm
A compact, agile petty knife for precision prep. The 150mm blade is well suited to trimming, peeling, portioning, mincing garlic and shallots, and other detailed in-hand or board work. At only 80g, it feels light and responsive, while the fine 0.3mm tip gives excellent control for delicate cuts.
Handcrafted in Hanoi, Vietnam, this V3 knife uses 52100 carbon steel with a distinctive Kuro Tsuchime finish and a refined mono ebony wa handle. The dark blade finish and rich ebony grain give this version an understated, elegant character.

Carbon Steel Care
52100 is a reactive carbon steel and will develop a natural patina with use. Hand wash only, dry immediately after use, and apply a light coat of food-safe knife oil before extended storage. Do not place in a dishwasher or leave the blade wet.
Because each knife is handmade and ebony has natural grain variation, colour and finish may differ slightly from the photographs.
